Welcome and thank you for your interest in Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood (SPPN). SPPN is an educational partnership that puts children in the Frogtown, Rondo, and Summit-University neighborhoods of Saint Paul on the pathway to college and career success. Housed at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, SPPN takes a proactive and preventative approach to the education opportunity gap by focusing early in a child's life.

We partner with parents and caregivers, early learning providers, four elementary schools, and many community-based organizations to deliver programming for students and families.
